Is there an online version of the Martino recipe book in the net somewhere? I just could find different transcripts. Would be nice reading the original source.

Well, and as is true to form, for me, anyway, I'm not getting to this after all. Instead of working on that one dish for the rather authentic feast, I'll be cooking an entire dinner, where authenticity is optional. I'm both happy and sad on this score, but that's a whole other discussion. I WILL get to getting this dish done, eventually. 2012 ended up being a bit odd for me... Onwards and upwards, 2013!
